1. Acceptance; eligibility; minimum age

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site, including individuals who view content, use learning resources, or submit messages through the contact features.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Site and that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly offer content intended for children under 16.

2. Service description; scope and limitations

PROPOM s.r.o. provides educational content focused on clothing products, fashion retail knowledge, and modern apparel trends. The Site may include course descriptions, structured learning modules, written articles, visual examples, checklists, and reference guides. The content is designed to help users understand clothing categories, fabrics and materials, garment construction basics, and product presentation in retail and digital contexts.

The Site is informational in nature. We do not provide regulated professional advice and we do not guarantee any particular educational or career outcome. Content may be updated, expanded, or discontinued. We may limit access to certain sections for operational or security reasons, and we may change how content is organized without notice.

3. User obligations

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You also agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting a message through our contact features.
• Refrain from attempting to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
• Use the Site for personal learning and reference purposes, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any device or browser session you use to access the Site.

If the Site later provides optional features that allow saving preferences or creating a profile, you agree to maintain only one account per person and to avoid impersonating others. At present, the Site does not require account registration for standard browsing.

4. Intellectual property; license

The Site, including its text, design, visual layout, course structure, logos, graphics, and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to PROPOM s.r.o. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. “PROPOM s.r.o.” and associated brand elements are trademarks or trade dress of PROPOM s.r.o.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any portion of the Site except as allowed by law or with our prior written consent.

5. Prohibited activities

You may not, directly or indirectly, engage in any activity that interferes with the Site, harms other users, or violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract content or data from the Site without our written permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code or underlying ideas from the Site, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Uploading or transmitting malware, scripts, or content intended to disrupt Site performance or compromise security.
• Spamming, sending unsolicited messages, or using the contact features for marketing unrelated to our services.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting affiliation with PROPOM s.r.o.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PROPOM s.r.o. disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, including content about fabrics, care, construction methods, or retail practices. Fashion industry practices and product specifications vary and can change over time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PROPOM s.r.o., its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PROPOM s.r.o.’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to PROPOM s.r.o. for access to Site services in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PROPOM s.r.o. and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your misuse of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site may reference third-party services or technologies used for analytics or advertising measurement, as described in our Privacy policy. Any third-party website, product, or service is not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Privacy; incorporation by reference

Our Privacy explains how we collect, use, and share data, including cookie choices and advertising disclosures. The Privacy policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Site, you also agree to the data practices described in the Privacy policy.

11. Governing law; jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them, the Site, or the services provided by PROPOM s.r.o. will be governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that the courts of Dublin, Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.

12. Dispute resolution; informal resolution period

Before filing a claim in court, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. This period begins when you send written notice describing the issue and the relief you are seeking. We will make a good faith effort to respond and address the concern.

If the dispute is not resolved within the 30 day informal resolution period, either party may pursue a claim in the courts specified in the Governing law and jurisdiction section above.

13. Termination; suspension; survival

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or interfered with Site operations. We may also remove or restrict access to content for security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

Upon termination, your license to use the Site ends immediately. The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual property, Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Governing law, Dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

14. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective 14 days after they are posted on this page. If you continue to use the Site after changes become effective, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.
